It depends on what exactly I'm doing. If it's a casual vanquish, perhaps something like Tool or A Perfect Circle; in specific, Disposition/Reflection/Triad and Gravity, respectively. If it's something a little more intense, like HM missions or elite areas, I go for something a little faster like Whitechapel or The Black Dahlia Murder.

As I lay dying and All that remains usually go well for me.

Of course it depends on what I'm doing.. Every so often I play through all the original Guild Wars soundtrack while playing.

Drum and Bass, House, Trance, Metallica or Disturbed usually - It just depends how I'm feeling. Sometimes when I'm PvEing I'll listen to some Radiohead as well.

When i started playing GW i listened to some Joe Satriani's song, so now if i listen to them i go back to those days, and it's very pleasant I always listened to what i was in the mood for, from epic/neoclassical/power metal to jazz/soul/RnB (that of the 60es) passing through southern/country rock. Lately i've been listening to Blackmore's Night (renaissance folk), or even the original GW songs (the Prophecies' one i like the most). However, if i play during the day it's better for me not to become too much involved with the game, because i often have to pay attention to RL issues

Manowar, especially for PvP. \m/

PvE is a bit more of a mixture, just whatever I feel like on the day, really. Recently I've had a thing for Hans Zimmer movie soundtracks; The Last Samurai fits well when playing in Factions.
